摘要：The European agriculture is at a first degree level amongst the worldwide agricultural powers, using almost 5% of the active population of Europe. Agriculture represents 40% of the budget of the European Union in the period 2007-2013. The budget of common agricultural policies (CAP) represented 70% of the EU budget in 1980 and around 75% in 1985. The rural areas cover more than 90% of the European territory and amounts to almost 60% of the population (farmers and non-farmers), agriculture constituting the main activity in the rural environmentl.
