摘要：The analysis of the meat market requires a continuous and immediate approach, given the speed with which it triggers various phenomena of characterization. Through the changes in production or the other indicators rendering the level of performance, the analysis comes to outline the essential elements of the trend shown in this field. This paper highlights the behavioural aspects manifested in the Romanian meat market, surprising and synthesising through data and information, starting from the productive potential to results obtained in the economy of this branch
