摘要：The access and absorption of European funds represents the greatest challenge for the public administration, the business environment and the nongovernmental sector.The usage of European funds embodies an opportunity for Romania's economical development, in the context where using the funds would mean an annual capital input representing, as a weight factor, up to 5% from the gross domestic product. Exiting the economical crisis depends on the optimization and efficiency of the absorption of substantial funds destined for Romania in the period 2007-2013. In this paper the authors analyze the situation of the projects funded by NRDP from the Agriculture Fund and Rural Development (EAFRD) in Romania. Present aspects of the submitted project's situation, eligible, selected, contracted and partially paid and completed by measures implemented until april 12, 2012
