摘要：Bu araştırmanın amacı, yeni Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı ile ilgili olarak öğretmen görüşlerini belirleyerek, programın etkili olan ve olmayan yönlerini ortaya koymak; uygulamadaki yetersizliklere ve gelecekte yapılacak değişikliklere ilişkin önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırmanın evreni İzmir’in Buca İlçesindeki 47 okuldur. Örneklemini ise tabakalı seçkisiz örnekleme ile belirlenmiş 15 okul oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, 50 öğretmenle 4. ve 5. sınıflarda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada toplanan veriler, nitel veri analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen ve açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan “Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Veriler her iki araştırmacı tarafından kodlanmış ve kodların tutarlılık katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Güvenirlik katsayısı, birinci soru için % 80, ikinci soru için % 69,23, üçüncü soru için % 80, dördüncü soru için % 72,72, beşinci soru için % 68,66, altıncı soru için % 85,71, yedinci soru için %72,72 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğretmenler etkinlikler, materyal kullanımı, Türkçe öğretiminin beceri alanları, hizmet içi eğitime yönelik olarak sorunlar yaşamaktadır.
其他摘要：The objective of this study is to determine the views of teachers reganding the new Turkish program and to reveal its effective and ineffective sides and to suggest changes for ineffieiencies in its implication for the future. The population of the study is 47 schools in Buca, Izmir. The sampling is 15 randomly chosen schools. The study was conducted with 50 teachers who were teaching fourth and fifth grades. The data was collected through a semi-structured Interview Form that included open-ended questions and developed by the researchers. The data was coded by both of the researchers and its consistency co-effierent was assessed. The reliability coeffierent for the first question was 80%, for the second question was 69,23%, for the third question 80%, for the fourh question 72,72%, for the fifth question was 68,66%, for the sixth question 85,71%, for the seventh question was 72,72%. The results indicated that teachers have been experiencing problems in regand to activitres, material usage, skill domains of Turkish instruction and inservice training.
