摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı, uygulama okullarında görev yapan yönetici ve eğitici personelin Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersine ilişkin önerilerini tespit etmektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemine göre desenlendirilmiştir. Amaca yönelik örneklem belirleme yöntemi kullanılarak öğretmen adaylarının Denizli il merkezinde Öğretmenlik Uygulaması için gittikleri uygulama okullarından 22 okul tespit edilmiştir. Bu okullardan gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak araştırmaya katılmaya istekli olan 670 eğitici ve 22 yöneticiye yarı yapılandırılmış anket formu uygulanmıştır. İçerik analizi kurallarına göre çözümlenen verilerden hareketle öneriler; sürecin daha iyi işlemesiyle ilgili öneriler; fakülte-okul işbirliğinin etkin sağlanmasına yönelik öneriler ve uygulamanın süresiyle ilgili öneriler olmak üzere üç tema altında kategorileştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, aday öğretmenlerin aynı sınıfta daha uzun süreli uygulama yapmaları, her eğiticiye gönderilen aday öğretmen sayısının azaltılması, fakülte ile okul personeli arasında etkin bir işbirliğinin sağlanması istenilmiştir. Ayrıca, Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersinin süresinin hem haftalık ders saati olarak hem de dönem sayısı olarak uzatılması önerilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarından hareketle, uygulama okulundaki personel ile fakültedeki personel arasında işbirliğinin güçlendirilmesi ve ‘Öğretmenlik Uygulaması’ ders sürecinin etkinliğine yönelik yapılandırmaların organize edilmesi önerilmektedir.
其他摘要：This study was aimed to find out the suggestions of teachers and directors at the practicing schools in Denizli city center about the ‘teaching practising’. It was designed in terms of qualitative research methodology. 22 practicing schools were selected based on the purposive sampling method. Subsequently, 670 teachers and 22 directors from these schools were voluntarily involved in this study. They were administered a semi-structured questionnaire and the data gathered were analyzed in terms of the rules of content analysis. The themes derived from the data were; suggestions related to the effectiveness of the process, suggestions about effective faculty-school cooperation, and suggestions about the period of practice. The results of the study showed that teachers and directors made suggestions as pre-service teachers should work with the same class more than one day, the number of pre-service teachers for each teacher should be decreased and cooperation between members of faculty and schools should be provided. Furthermore, it was suggested the period of this lesson should be extended to either more lessons within a week or two terms in a year. In terms of the results it can be recommended that cooperation between members of faculty and schools directors should be improved and the re-construction of the lesson to provide effectiveness should be organized.
