摘要:This study applies the technology acceptance model (TAM) in order to understand consumer acceptance of the expanding ma rket o f collaboration systems. A panel of college students who were trained in the use of SkyDrive, Facebook Docs and Google Docs was conducted to determine satisfaction with th e systems and adoption choice. It was determined that the Technology Acceptance Model is a strong predictor of product success in this market as the system with the greatest levels of perceived ease of use and usefulness, Google Docs, was the system that was most widely adopted. This is indicative of an efficient market with minimal network effects distorting the relationship between perceived value and sales
