摘要：A part of the works of Bachelard touches the important issue of epistemological obstacles linked to the formation of the scientific spirit. This article considers the notion of epistemological obstacle of the author in the production of knowledge and is seven (07) of them, the relationship with learning researcher and the appropriation of scientific spirit, i.e., the attitude towards research. It is also, the synergy between the epistemological obstacles and the development of research skills apropos of which fields or disciplines have to do with the logic in the production of knowledge and the development of his thought, beginning with reflection and miracle of the theoretical system sustains them, data and experience, as well as with historical social demands and the needs of the environment. The epistemological obstacles proposed by Bachelard then become the major constraints for the understanding of any area of knowledge and, in particular, for learning research. From there that the urgent need, particularly in the University undergraduate and postgraduate studies, develop investigative skills in response to the requirements of achieving a quality education and facilitate the acquisition of these arises.
