标题:A part of the works of Bachelard touches the important issue of epistemological obstacles linked to the formation of the scientific spirit. This article considers the notion of epistemological obstacle of the author in the production of knowledge and is seven (07) of them, the relationship with learning researcher and the appropriation of scientific spirit, i.e., the attitude towards research. It is also, the synergy between the epistemological obstacles and the development of research skills apropos of which fields or disciplines have to do with the logic in the production of knowledge and the development of his thought, beginning with reflection and miracle of the theoretical system sustains them, data and experience, as well as with historical social demands and the needs of the environment. The epistemological obstacles proposed by Bachelard then become the major constraints for the understanding of any area of knowledge and, in particular, for learning research. From there that the urgent need, particularly in the University undergraduate and postgraduate studies, develop investigative skills in response to the requirements of achieving a quality education and facilitate the acquisition of these arises.CloseUna parte de la obra de Bachelard toca el importante tema de los obstáculosepistemológicos vinculados a la formación del espíritu científico. Se trata también, la sinergia entre los obstáculosepistemológicos y el desarrollo de competencias investigativas a propósito de cualescampos o disciplinas tienen que ver con la lógica en la producción del conocimiento y eldesarrollo de su pensamiento, a partir de la reflexión y argumentación del sistemateórico que las sustenta, de los datos y experiencia acumulada, así como con lasdemandas histórico-sociales y las necesidades del entorno. 摘要:Drain watersheds of streams Monroy and Zumba are located in the Sucre Municipality of Miranda State, are physically on the southern slopes of the coastal mountains of the Cordillera of the coast, specifically in the area of Mariche Rows watershed between the basins of riversGuaire and Tuy. The space from the geomorphological point of view it is a temporary relief from this mountain and the Valles del Tuy. The purpose of this paper is to apply GIS to study dominant landforms in the area. The methodology used was the analysis of aerial photographs in conjunction with a field survey, contour lines were digitized in ArcGIS 9.3 and built Digital Elevation Models and maps. Currently the erosion and sedimentation of streams have been diminished by the construction of the road Petare - Santa Lucia header which exposed them to the accumulation of solid waste in conjunction with the obstacle of it has reduced water runoff draining to them compromising their flow.
