摘要:This research generated a contribution-oriented educational approach to food and nutrition education based on creativity to early education level. The model was based on the different dimensions emerging that allow us to interpret the feeding behavior of humans in interactionist theories of creativity related to teaching and learning in early education. The study was located in a qualitative, interpretative phenomenological and ethnomethodological approach, focused on understanding the reality expressed by the subjects, the researcher, educational practice in the preschool classroom and in understanding the food act. The key informants-subjects-research were selected intentionally and in total were three-medicine nutritionists (INN, Bengoa Foundation and Chania), 3 university teachers Preschool teachers and 6 Bolivarian National Center for Early Education, located in Petare, Miranda state, and context of the study. Was used as data collection techniques: qualitative interviewing, participant observation and group discussions. Were used as instruments: your logbook and interview guide. For information processing is assumed grounded theory and constant comparative method proposed by Strauss and Corbin (2002) and support the Atlas-ti tool, version 5.0. The research showed: a teaching model based on creativity-oriented support a creative approach to the teaching of food and nutrition education in the initial education, which includes recommendations for teachers, parents, school, and a synthesis of twelve (12) teaching strategies to be incorporated into the school routine. The validity was determined by expert judgment, based on 10 criteria: integral, comprehensive, analyzable, testable, explanatory, dynamic, optimizing, regulatory, educational and creative (Rodriguez, 2004). Resulting in a weighted average of 90.5% (close to Excellent) and relevant qualitative input.Keywords: teaching model, early education, creativity, food, nutrition.
