  • 摘要:This article stems from the concern of the author from the construction of the doctoral thesis called Theoretical Model for Teacher Training Strategic Learning Centered line attached to the Teacher Education Pedagogical Institute of Caracas. Specifically we conducted a historical sketch of human teaching and learning as a theoretical reference, reality platform emerging global educational contexts. These two elements were considered in this investigation influential in forging trends and teacher training models implemented in the global education system, reason enough to be analyzed and unveil its premises in depth to a solid understanding of these two phenomena concatenated together. Was used to build this theoretical corpus procedures that characterize a documentary research which allowed grouping the fundamental ideas of authors specializing in education such as Hernandez, Well, Moya, Tiana, Ossenbach and Sanz. The fundamental technique used was content analysis supported the signing, underline and summary. The findings of the study allowed the understanding of reality subject to study, which is expressed in the existence of a bias towards the "new era" in the trends and patterns of teacher training, discussing the design of contemporary pedagogy with valuable contributions and seeks to rethink the teaching and learning of a universal human being.
