摘要：This stu dy focu ses o n the effects of initial pub lic offer on performance of companies quoted at the Nairobi Stock Exchange, by studying three variables i.e. liquidity, leverage and Profitability (earnings per share). The literature reviews the effects of initial public offer on performance of companies quoted at the Nairobi Stock Exchange between 2006 and 2011. The study adopted a descriptive research design. The target population was employees of the 56 listed companies at the NSE. Primary data was gathered using semi-structured questionnaires. Secondary data was gathered from past published scholarly articles explaining theoretical and empirical information on employee issues. Descriptive analysis was be used including the use of weighted means, standard deviation, relative frequencies and percentages
