摘要:This paper aims to present and discuss a collection of empirical studies relating to the adoption and implementation of HRIS, by means of a content analysis of the findings of previous HRIS studies. A review of the relevant literature has shown that a large number of previous studies have attempted to identify factors determining the adoption and implementation of HRIS applications. For the purpose of this study, these factors are presented and discussed under two dimensions: internal and external environmental factors. However, as the findings of previous studies presented conflicting results, these factors needed to be examined empirically at an aggregate and individual level
