摘要：Video communication technology of real-time using a Web browser has emerged. In this paper, we studied the real-time image communication technology of hybrid Web-based. In addition, we have implemented a real-time video communication systems of hybrid Web[1]-based design. In this system, it is possible to use the HTTP / Web Socket and RTC API via a Web server, in order to perform real-time video communication in all Web browsers. In all environments that are connected to the network, it is available at all terminals that you can use a Web browser and real-time video communication. In the future, this can be applied to a Settop-Box or Smart TV
