摘要:The need for a systematic education of consumers, mainly young consumers, for food quality and safety, is resulting both from an extensive research and surveys and from taking into account the health of the population. Through the research conducted we aimed to determine students' perception from the "Anghel Saligny" Technical College and of the Faculty of Economic, Juridical and Administrative Sciences from the "George Bacovia" University, Bacau, on the quality and safety of food, the motivations and the existing limits.
