摘要:The purpose of this exploratory study was to describe the perceptions and implicit theories of Red Cross workers toward their leaders in the context of disaster emergency response. This study utilized Q-methodology to examine the perceptions of Red Cross workers from multiple locations in the United States through the theoretical frame of charismatic and transformational leadership. The method considered the ways in which views of leadership vary among Red Cross workers, resulting in four distinct leader prototypes among the Red Cross workers: Show Me the Way; See Me, Then Tell Me; Stand Beside Me; andPlease Understand Me
