摘要：Article is devoted the analysis of the problems connected with establishment of the real control over private sector of the Russian railways. Attraction of a wide range of sources has allowed to reproduce chronology of the kontrolno-financial actions promoting strengthening of a role of the state in regulation of relations of the property and perspective development of railway branch of the country.
