摘要：Тhis article continues researching the prob-lem of drug abuse preventive maintenance in army psy-chologist's activity as a factor of his/her personal reliability. Based on the analysis of large data the inconsistency was revealed between standard requirements for the organi-sation of this activity and the attitude of the leading chair staff which train and improve the professional skills of army psychologists. The causes of the situation were analyzed. The conclusion was made about the necessity of taking into account the revealed tendencies in implementing the Program of Reliability of Personnel in the Russian Army.
