摘要:The article covers some experimental and theoretical problems of personal and professional expertise of managers for the purpose of identifying and assessing the psychological features, inherent to leaders. The author explores the dependence of the leaders’ psychological qualities differentiation of the regional, professional and resultative components. It is revealed that a management system requires some appropriate specification of an individual. Such specification can be formed in the process of education, prolonged attitude development and construction of the corresponding environment. The author concludes that such specification can be the result of some natural inclinations. The differentiation of the leaders’ psychological peculiarities according to the level of professionalization assumes their personal and professional expertise in their particular professional sphere.
