标题:THE STRUCTURE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF INTERGROUP ADAPTATION AS AN INDICATOR AND MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION: SOCIO-COGNITIVE ANALYSIS
摘要:The article presents the results of the sociocognitive analysis of the structural manifestations of intergroup adaptive mechanisms, existing in real economic trade and services organizations of Moscow Region. It is based on the combination of complementary knowledge management theory, organizational applications of the complex systems theory (through the viewpoint of D. Snowden) and the author’s conception of intergroup adaptation in organizations. The author empirically proved the prognostic possibility to give a diagnosis of the structural mechanisms of intergroup adaptation. That enables to determine the cognitive domains Cynefin of the organization, including the shimmering zone. The results are intended to optimize the professional activities of the organizational psychologist.
