  • 摘要:The object of this work is to study the electrical conductivity of the polyvinylalcohol (PVA) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) polymers doped by a Ruthenium Terpyridine Complex. The analysis of current density as a function of the electrical fields at various temperatures, shows an ohmic conduction at low electric field. Elsewhere, the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity suggests a change of the conduction mechanism only in PVA-Ru(Terpy)Cl3material. The activation energy is markedly changed from 0.350 eV to 0.021 eV at around 285K; this phenomenon is not observed in the PVC-Ru(Terpy)Cl3case
