摘要：A comparative study on the essential oils of three Ruta species (Rutaceae), Ruta chalepen sis, Ruta montana and Ruta graveolens growing in different countries has been carried on. The essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation of the aerial parts. 2-Undecanone (1.79–84.2%), 2-decanone (0.1-11.6%), 2-nonanone (5.2-33.6%) and 2-nonanylacetate (2.8-20.9%) were the main compo nents of the studied essential o il s.
