摘要：The internet information network of the latest technology at the moment, which is linked toinformation and communication technologies and computers that have evolved significantly sincethe end of the last century, and continues to evolve quickly and persistence. Some Statisticsindicate that the number of Internet users in the world, about 0.7%, while in the United States andCanada, up to 40% .
