摘要：The Medical Entomology Branch (MEB) of Territory HealthServices (THS) has confirmed the presence of establishedbreeding populations of the exotic mosquito Culex gelidus in the towns of Katherine, Batchelor and Darwin in theNorthern Territory (NT) of Australia. It is also probablypresent in Alice Springs. While there are no immediatepublic health risks, it adds to the number of pest andpotential disease vector mosquitoes in the NorthernTerritory
