摘要：The aim of this paper is to propose a new class of inequality indices. It is a generalisation of Gini coefficient based on his interpersonal expression. We inter into axiomatic properties of our indices and we show that they are relative, regular indices which, in particular, satisfy the Pigou-Dalton transfer principle.
