摘要：Insecurity is a complex, multidimensional phenomenon that has become a perennial debate in all societies.However, the process of certification of personnel of public security institutions is built as a response to combatinsecurity worldwide and especially in Mexico, where the authorities of police corporations have failed toresolve the dilemma of improving its efficacy and safety that is constantly claimed and required by thecitizenship, which is the subject of this study. The research method of mixed type is based on the study of fivecategories of analysis of the certification process and contrast the hypothesis of the relationship on theperception of security and police certification. The results reveal that there is no evidence to reject it although itexist a relationship between the two inverse distributions.
