  • 摘要:Since the 20th century, enterprise merger frenzy has become a global trend, and merger of human resources integration is a crucial link. Acquisition is not only to the test of the system reform, but also of the enterprise culture inheritance, which carries forward the challenge. This paper will introduce human resource integration problems, based on the analysis of the present status of this international study, in the enterprise merger motivation and introduce the main items, on the basis of human resources in acquisition integration and the importance may face problems and solutions to carry on the analysis, based on the example analysis [1].
