摘要:This essay cites seven story-vignettes to urge us to come alive,
happily. They are: one, Tommy happily drawing; two, Tommy protesting against nap he needs; three, the first stone the sinless can cast
to sinner; four, minnows happily
swimming; five, Lady Beautiful
happily kidnapped; six, a happy roadside
skull; and seven, the happy spring. All these
stories say, “Be here, now!” ever beyond, alive beyond alive. Conclusion tells
of how these life vignettes repair and fill up seven ditches dug out by logical
thinking, by story-showing how reasonable being alive is, and urges us all, “Be
here, now!”
