There was to be another Dickens dinner, in commemoration of the Dickens' visit, and he was to take the part of Dr. Jacob Bigelow and wished to dress in the style of the period. Hour after hour, day after day, the telephone, the mail, the visitor in person, bring a constant flow of inquiries of all kinds, no two alike, simple and difficult, ordinary and bizarre.
