摘要：Here is presented a brief description of the excellent volunteer library service of the National Council for Hospital and Sanatorium Libraries begun in 1937 in Brussels by the Belgium Red Cross. It now has fifty-seven libraries functioning, with more than 350 volunteers distributing books once a week in general and tuberculosis hospitals.
