摘要：A T THE risk of starting a controversy I shall take the point of view that Dentistry is a branch of Medicine and as such those of us who are concerned with dental documentation must concern ourselves with medical documentation in general, and more particularly with those aspects of documentation in the basic medical sciences upon which the fundamental applied science of Dentistry is built.
