摘要：Today there is much being written in the various scientific fields by researchers who must "publish or perish." In order to receive grants or promotions it is necessary for them to keep their names in print over articles that show their capacity for learning and writing. Although they may be engaged in full time teaching, it is mandatory that they conduct research and report it in the literature.
