摘要：This new edition of Ulrich's is greatly expanded; the addition of the word "international" in its title indicates the scope of this change. All periodicals in the Roman alphabet and those others having subtitles and abstracts in English are now eligible for inclusion. According to the editor, the scientific, technical, and medical sections list twice the number of periodicals as the previous edition.
