摘要：The Editorship of the Bulletin of the Medical Library Association is not a task to be taken on lightly. In the three years that I have served as Associate Editor, I have experienced and observed the rigors of the job. Yet, there are many satisfactions in working closely with the Association's officers and members and in striving to maintain the traditional high standards of Bulletin quality.
