摘要：THE LEVY Library at the Mount Sinai Medical Center offers educational programs for nurses, medical students, and other library users. Our aim has been to develop their information-retrieval skills in the course of their educational programs so that they will: (1) require minimum reference assistance for routine requests; (2) retrieve information efficiently and independently when no reference librarian is on duty; and (3) make more sophisticated demands upon our services and collection, which may go underutilized if unpublicized.
