摘要：Despite major reforms to the Australian quarantine system in recent years, market access and quarantine decisions continue to be controversial. The aim in this paper is to examine the impact of the quarantine reforms and the implementation of the SPS Agreement on quarantine decision making in Australia. Changes in market access for Australian exporters are also investigated.
