摘要：Results from a random telephone survey of 1,421 grocery shoppers in the South suggest that 80 percent of them used food labels when making food purchasing decisions. Overall, shoppers used the information on fat content more frequently than any other labeling information. Label and attribute use were found to be statistically significantly associated with age, educational level, gender, household composition, household income, marital status, and race.
