摘要:In late June 2001, the leaders of the World Food and Agribusiness Community gathered inSydney to discuss the critical issues facing our industry. Through invited papers, paneldiscussions, selected papers, and poster sessions, the members addressed creating value,ethics, developing nations, food safety, supply chains, infrastructure, and many otherimportant topics.Nearly 70 selected papers were presented during the symposium. The topics ranged fromagribusiness curriculum to risk management and were presented by some of the mostinˉuential academicians in our discipline. All selected papers were reviewed before theywere chosen for presentation.
