摘要：En el artículo se analiza la eficiencia en la gestión de las cooperativas de comercialización hortofrutícola de la Comunidad Valenciana utilizando técnicas no paramétricas, concretamente Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Se ha obtenido la eficiencia técnica y de escala a partir de los modelos básicos DEA BCC y CCR con orientación input. Los resultados obtenidos permiten clasificar la muestra en 3 grupos de eficiencia y relacionar la misma con ratios contables habituales en la gestión cooperativa, estableciendo instrumentos que permitan evaluar la eficiencia individual......In this article is analysed the efficiency in the management of fruits and vegetables commercialisation co-operatives in the Valencia Community using non-parametric techniques, concretely Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). It has been obtained the technical and scale efficiency from basic DEA models BCC and CCR with input orientation. The results obtained allow us to classify the sample in three efficiency groups and to relate this with usual accounting ratios in the co-operative management, establishing the necessary instruments that allow us to evaluate the individual efficiency.
