摘要：Environmental Economics in Theory and Practice is unashamedly aimed at￠nal year undergraduates and above, in environmental and resource eco-nomics. In the preface it is stated that the book provides a `guide' (p. xiii)through some of the more recent developments in the technical literature.The content of the book, as the authors acknowledge, re￡ects their researchand teaching strengths across a broad swathe of material. This book is strongon technical detail and derivations but places less emphasis on big themessuch as the distinction between competing economic paradigms or bio-diversity.
