摘要：This Working Paper reports on selected results of the Economic Development research program supported by Clemson University's Public Services & Agriculture (PSA) program. Parts I and II of the paper summarize cogent findings of a 1993-99 research project on "Global Economic Restructuring and its Implications for South Carolina" conducted by Bill Ward, Jim Hite, and Gary McMahan.
