摘要：Profitability of using peanut meal as an alternative protein source in broiler production wasinvestigated through the development of a two-stage mathematical program that optimizes broilerproduction. The concept of value of marginal product incorporated in this model allows demandadjustments before decisions on the production and processing take place.
