摘要：The farm and ranch operators who participated in this study are gratefully acknowledged for theircooperation, time, and effort in providing information essential for the conduct of this research. Information from farm operators was obtained through a crop production practices surveyexecuted and administered by the Nebraska Agricultural Statistical Service. The authorsacknowledge the outstanding effort put forth by the contract enumerators and the professionaland support staff of the Nebraska Agricultural Statistics Service in the design, conduct, andadministration of the survey.
