摘要：Research for this paper was funded by the National Honey Board to provide a basis for industrydialogue on the need for a quality assurance program. The paper provides a background perspective oneconomic adulteration, industry perspectives on the extent of economic adulteration in the U.S. honeyindustry, estimates of potential economic impacts, and a discussion of trends and issues relevant toeconomic adulteration.
