摘要：Monthly price and stock data are used to test the influence of Philippinegovernment buffer-stock programs on seasonal and annual variability of producer and consumerrice prices. The period examined is 1974-1990. NFA stock changes are shown to have hadsome stabilizing influence on seasonal and annual price changes, but the magnitude is small andnot statistically significant.
