摘要：Overcapitalization in the U.S. Atlantic Swordfish fishery has led to aproposed limited access system. A bioeconomic programming model wasdeveloped to evaluate the proposed program under various assumptionsregarding fleet heterogeneity and composition. Results indicate thatregulations based on more realistic assumptions will lead to higherindustry profits.
