摘要：This study considers the impact that surface water reallocations from agriculture could have onthe agricultural economy of the eastern San Joaquin Valley of California. Using simulations of tenyears of surface water cuts, we report changes in ground water levels, water use, acreage, cropmix, total income, and employment.
