摘要：This paper summarizes results of economic analysis of the impact 1990 and 1996 USDA FarmPrograms have on irrigation water withdrawals from the Edwards Aquifer (of south-centralTexas). Economic modeling, a producer behavioral survey, characteristics of programparticipating farms, and economic theory are used to explain producer irrigation behavior.
