摘要：On August 3,1995, Patricia Jensen, Acting Assistant Secretary of Agriculture, signed a final decision adopting a multiple component pricing (MCP) plan for five Midwestern federal milk marketing orders. The decision must be approved by two-thirds of the producers affected in a given order before implementation. Under federal milk order provisions dairy cooperatives are permitted to bloc vote on behalf of producer-members. Because of broad producer and industry consensus for MCP, approval is anticipated with implementation around November 1, 1995.
