摘要：This article offers an overview for a special issue onagroindustrialization. It reviews eleven articles analyzing the agroin-dustrialization process in Latin America and Asia. It sets out aconceptual framework from the organizational economics and strategicmanagement literature to enhance the understanding of the process ofagroindustrialization from a competitive strategy point of view.
