摘要：Chi-square analyses suggest that a number of individual variables can be good indicators of obesity, including race, income, the presence of children in the household, education, opinions about fat intake, and food-stamp participation. Although chi-square analyses suggest an increased likelihood of reporting food-stamp-program participation among obese primary grocery shoppers in Louisiana, preliminary multivariate results indicate that direct causality is not necessarily supported.
